• No Refunds: All purchases, reservations, and payments are final and non-refundable.

• Exchanges: If you need to make an exchange for any reason, we are happy to assist you. Exchanges can be made for another event or product of equal value, based on availability, and must be requested within 7 days of the original purchase date.

• Conditions for Exchange: Items must be returned in unused condition, and any exchanges must be approved by our team.
